Gaining

Was at the store last night and bought a half gallon of eggnog. Little over 2700 calories for the half gallon. Got back home and practically down the whole thing in a few minutes. Tastes amazing. Gives great bloat and didn't upset my stomach. If heavy cream is too rough try eggnog. Too bad it's seasonal.

I love eggnog. It is so easy to drink and before you know it you are consuming about 3k calories a day or more with it .

it does make you feel really fat when you drink it
